A beautiful Murano Glass clown, imported directly from Venice.  He stands holding a yellow and white parasol or umbrella, with a traditional clown suit including an orange frill around his neck, over sized shoes and of course a brightly coloured outfit in blue with white dots.  This clown is a stunning example of the skill of the Murano Glass artists to work their craft in such a way as to be able to communicate the feeling of fun, expectation and comedy.  A wonderful example of the Murano Glass tradition.
