Traditional full-face Pierrot mask

Short History

Pierrot was a character in Commedia dell'Arte, normally portrayed as personable, charming and kind.  History suggests Pierrot often wore white clothes and sometimes black accessories.  His face was sometimes whitened with powder or flour.
