Delivery Destinations and Times

Shipping within New Zealand takes 1-5 days depending on where you are located. If your order is urgent please let us know in the comments box and we will arrange urgent dispatch. We can also arrange pick up from Te Atatu Peninsula in Auckland if you need something urgently.

Our overseas orders are sent via New Zealand Post (Tracked). This will take up to 14 days.

Express shipping can be arranged for an extra charge.

 

Delivery Costs

There is no cost for packaging or shipment of your order unless you require express shipping, or have ordered a particularly large or heavy item.

 

Customs Duties

Orders from Europe including the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT and or customs duties. These costs are not included in your payment to us and if they are payable you will be notified by customs in your country when your order arrives there.
