Delivery Destinations

Dream of Italy ships orders worldwide and we have customers all over the world including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Norway, Japan and many other countries.

We of course also ship all over New Zealand and have customers from Kaitaia in the North to Bluff in the South!

 

Packaging

After much experience in packaging fragile items, we pride ourselves on being able to ship items around the world for them to arrive in perfect condition.  For this to happen, if you live outside New Zealand and are buying our handpainted ceramics or large or very fragile pieces of Murano Glass, please select 'Courier' as your shipping option.  For some items we need to invoice you separately for courier shipping once this has been calculated, and you can contact us for a quote prior to checkout if you wish.  Should the unthinkable happen and the goods arrive damaged or broken, you will receive a full refund for the damaged items. 
 

Delivery Times

We have an excellent relationship with Fastway Couriers and items shipped within New Zealand are usually at their destination within 1-3 days of dispatch. 

Delivery for overseas items varies by destination and if you are concerned about this, please contact us so we can advise you of a number of options you may choose from for your shipping method.  Usually orders will arrive at an overseas destination within 4-10 working days via airmail, and earlier via courier.  An Urgent Courier service can be used for more urgent orders, on request, for an extra charge.
 

Delivery Costs

Airmail shipping is FREE within New Zealand for all items, and FREE worldwide for most items!  If you are ordering particularly heavy or large items (e.g. ceramics or large Murano Glass items) and live outside of New Zealand please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order as there may be an additional shipping cost.
