A beautiful hand painted Italian dinner plate in the 'Corallo' (translates as 'Coral' in English).  This design features the colour of 'Coral Red predominantly as the background to the foliage and fruit.  The centre of the plate is in a lovely cream colour.

The plate measures 250mm in diameter. On the back of the plate you can see MOD (Majolica o Deruta) which refers to the name of the manufacturer and the place the ceramics are made. Dip. a mano (dipinto a mano) means 'painted by hand'. Each item is handpainted and unique.
