Beautiful Murano glass bead necklace strung with black beads, each with millefiori beads fused in the bead.  Beads measure 8mm in diameter.  Measures 450mm in length with an adjustable chain of an extra 50mm.

These beads are threaded on red cotton with a knot between each bead.
